Willow Smith Whips Ellen!
OMG!!! I JUST LOVE THIS KID!!!! I cant believe Willow Smith is only 10 years old! She's so talented, and so intelligent and very cute! I was so happy to see her perform her hit song "Whip My Hair" live! A lot of people doubted that she was really singing that song because her voice sounded so mature. Let me just take this moment to say that I never doubted it! I have heard children sing with powerful voices, *ahem* Michael Jackson was a child singer with a powerful voice, and so was Shanice. I can understand people doubting it because talents like them come few and far between! Also, in the age of autotune and other tricks, people have grown skeptical. Now dont cuss me out, I didnt say she was a Michael Jackson, or a Shanice, I'm just saying dont doubt that a small kid might have awesome pipes! She has potential!
Seriously, for it to be Willow's first time on stage in front of an audience, she was AMAZING! She did better than a lot of adult artists who have been performing for years! Some of these older singers need to watch Willow and take notes! Willow is the real deal! I cant wait to see how she grows and improves. I see a superstar in the making. How about you?
Im just so excited that Willow Smith came out and OWNED the stage, OWNED that mic and proved the doubters wrong. Her voice was clear and beautiful! Her dance steps were on point and I may be a whoooole lot older than her (we aren't gonna talk numbers...you dont have enough fingers and toes) but I am definitely a fan! I'm so happy to have someone to root for because music has been disappointing me lately, and its great to see some of the new artists bringing FUN back into the music industry!
Willow is such a positive role model for young girls! I love that she's whipping her hair back and forth instead of her booty! I love how age appropriate her music, her style of dress, and her dance moves are! GOOOO WILLOW! I am a huge fan of the entire Smith family! They are a very talented and beautiful family! It's encouraging to see such a positive family in this day and age, and the fact that they're African American is the icing on the cake! I know the Obamas are the REAL first family, but the Smiths are a close second!!! GOOOO SMITHS!!!!!!
