Dear Con Ed,
Please stop shutting people's lights off for non payment! Its a recession! People cant afford electricity! When people dont have lights, they leave their homes in a state that could be a danger to themselves and others.
You dont shut off the electricity of the elderly or people who have asthma because of the bad things that could happen to them without power. Therefore you should not shut off the electricity of households who have flower patterns, stripes, and fatigues under one roof. The same rule applies. BAD THINGS COULD HAPPEN!
